Did you notice the picture doesn’t look quite like the current Lake Worth Playhouse?  That’s because it represents the way we’d like the Playhouse to look.

     The picture was created with the help of noted artist Sharon Koskoff. As president of the Art Deco Society of the Palm Beaches, no one’s more qualified than Sharon to help us redesign the marquee and add authentic touches to our historic Art Deco building.   Sharon also assisted in the recent redesign of the Playhouse logo.

     In order to make the picture on our a reality, we need your help. The Lake Worth Community Redevelopment Agency has gotten us started with a generous $25,000 matching grant. But much more is needed to make this dream come true… and with your tax-deductible donation,* it can.

     As part of the historic Old Town Commercial District, the Playhouse is listed with the National Register of Historic Places.  Imagine the pride you’ll feel when your Playhouse shines once again as a jewel on Lake Avenue.
