At the end of the survey, you will be asked to provide your name and email address.  This information is not attached to your survey answers; it is simply used to assign you the discount reward.

To redeem your discount, simply call the box office at 561.586.6410 and they will apply your discount to your next order. A record of your discount is kept by the box office.

The survey can only be completed on a show from the current season that has already happened or is currently running.
Surveys cannot be completed on future shows or shows from a previous season.

This discount cannot be used on any past orders or combined with any other discount.  Discounts can only be redeemed once per run of a show (i.e. You may only receive a 10% discount off your next ticket for answering a survey on Chicago once.  You may take the survey and receive credit again once Greater Tuna begins and you take the survey for that show).

Discount remains active for 2011-2012 season only and can be applied to any Playhouse mainstage show excluding preview night and opening night performances.
